Golf Cart Lift Kit Install. Club Car DS - Jake's 4" lift + Fang 12" wheels
I installed a lift kit and wheels on my buddy's golf cart. It was a fun project, so I thought I'd share it here on the interwebs.

    Is there any wiggle to the front of the seat when you stand the bike up? I have a touring bike and the seat wiggles when I stand it up and it drives me nuts

    Cant understand why everyone cable ties them by the horn bracket you can reuse the original proper clips if you just cut of the old zip tie bit off them and thread a new smaller zip through the original clip

    Hi, could you give the dimensions? the height of the whole or what length bar you used, the thickness of the bar, the diameter of the circle around which you bent the top. Metal sheet thickness etc. Please 🙂

      5/8" solid round steel. Plates atlre 1/8" thick. Sissy bar is 26" high above the top of the fender struts (measured perpendicular to the fender struts)

    Just a comment. You really don't want to coat the filter the way you showed. That is too much oil. It will accumulate at the bottom and run out on the bike or on some filter housings that have a lip, it will pool there. Start at the crown and run a bead around the filter. Set the filter down and let it wick. This should be plenty of oil. If you have the spray, just spray around the crown and let it wick. This waiting period is why I have two filters on hand. One in the bike and the other for swapping out. Just my opinion based on use and experience.

    I'm going for a retro 1959 panhead style look mixed with the gangsta ape hangers I'm calling it the gangsta pan I ordered panhead rocker covers from dirty bird concepts and waiting for them to come in but I also have the duo glide name plates and tank badges just looking for more accents I can add to the bike thx

    I thought the di-electric grease was only supposed to be added around the spark plug wire rubber?

      You could be right. Use it to help seal the boot to keep moisture out.

    Even though they don't add power, they are a better and stronger spark and the wires do a better job of insulating the wire which leads to a better/stronger spark. Just makes it more efficient.

      Curious as to why.? I just did this to my 08 superglide that's tuned with a k and n intake and vances and hines short shots and it seems to run real clean. Did you have problems with them?

      I put a gel pad on it if I'm traveling all day. Otherwise for 2-4 hour rides it's just fine.
